Replicating wheel cast

I'm working on replicating a set of wheels using resin casting, scale model something but I want them to come out clean and durable, the originals have some pretty fine detail, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to capture that without ending up with bubbles or warping on the edges.
Establishing context here, I've done some small molds before, but this is the first time I'm going for something that needs to be spot on for a set, so anyone here have tips for getting a smooth finish and good consistency across multiple casts? also.... pressure pot vs. vacuum degassing for this kind of project?

Start by mixing your resin carefully to avoid introducing air, then use a vacuum chamber to pull out bubbles before pouring. After pouring, putting your mold in a pressure pot helps squash any tiny bubbles that sneak in, giving you a smooth finish. Also, keep your mold clean and use a good release agent to prevent warping . Doing both vacuum and pressure pot is the best way to get consistent, bubblefree results for fine details

Hold up, with fast cast PU resing casting it's better to do pressure rather than vacuum, as far as I know. Not like vacuum is a poor choice, but it's a bit more finicky and there's more room to go wrong with it.

Late reply but for fine-detail wheels I’d lean on a pressure pot if you’re using fast-cure PU resin. Make sure your mold is clean and use a good release agent. It keeps edges sharp and cuts down on warping.
